Summer Breeze is a cat friendly community, with a two cat maximum. Service or emotional support dogs are allowed. Pet owners must pay an initial deposit of $500 per pet, along with an additional $50 monthly per pet. Contact the office for more details.

Parking is easy at Summer Breeze! Floor plans D1 and D2 come with one assigned parking space, and floor plan D3 comes with a detached garage. Detached garages can be rented for $125 monthly upon availability. There is additional open parking for guests, along with street parking.
